    I was charged for the piggy bank but a message came up error and I never received gold bars.

    Sorry to hear that happened to you :/ If you didn't receive your Gold Bars I recommend checking out this page on how to request for a refund or compensation. I hope that helps!

    I did not receive my "piggy bank" that I paid for on 6/29/19. I have my emailed receipt. It also shows up under my "Account Purchase History". I have tried restarting the app and restartimg my phone, all at your suggestion. I just want the piggy bank or my money, preferably the former the order number is Order number: GPA.3381-4027-9052-58628.
