Cannot connect on facebook on mobile

I am currently on lvl 2800+. Previously i used to get connected to my facebook account. but since last few months, i am not able to connect to my facebook account.

The most wierd part is, the game gets syncronized to my facebook and any level i play on my mobile is updated on facebook, but when i try to connect to my facebook through the candycrush app, it gives me an error saying you donot have access. Because of this i am now out of lives and cannot send requests also to my friends for life or help them.

I have gone through many posts telling to uninstall candy crush and reinstall again, but that is not possible as i will lose all my boosters which i will not want to. There is no place which tells me that how to save my boosters also.

Request you to give me a concrete solution as there may be lots of players who may be facing this problem.

Hi, WhWhen I watch a video, click on the X sometimes it opens a Web browser, but when I try to go back to the game it restart it! So each time I do lose the level. Can you help me? Many thanks
Losing items
I reach 21 twice and did get a reward. I also passed a level and it said I did. i used my 10 gold bars to extend the play and used my flying saucer
