Account showing twice on progress boards

I've just checked on the progress boards and for some reason my account is showing twice. The level I'm on is the same for both. Any one had the same issue?

I play on only one device and I am also having this problem. I guess it is nice that I occupy the 1st and 2nd spots in the rankings.

Hi @andrea67 @ksplum

This has been reported to the game team so hopefully it will be sorted out in the upcoming game updates. In the meantime you don't have to do any troubleshooting but be aware that you might have this issue during this time. Thanks for reporting

Kathy, do you play on more than one device? Just thinking that I play on phone and tablet. The account is the same though

Sorry problem is back. It did go away for a bit with the password change but came back.

Here's mine. What is also bothersome is that while I am moving up on games, the progress toward a new frame is not showing.

Nope..still shows my progress icon twice. Btw, I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

You can see such problems if your internet is slow. There is nothing to fear, it's not the problem of games. See later this problem will not be there.
