    Sorry problem is back. It did go away for a bit with the password change but came back.

    Kathy, do you play on more than one device? Just thinking that I play on phone and tablet. The account is the same though

    This has been reported to the game team so hopefully it will be sorted out in the upcoming game updates. In the meantime you don't have to do any troubleshooting but be aware that you might have this issue during this time. Thanks for reporting :)

    I play on only one device and I am also having this problem.  I guess it is nice that I occupy the 1st and 2nd spots in the rankings.
