Hi, @Heidi_Okinawa! First, I'm going to have you do some troubleshooting. From your screenshot, I believe your using an Android device. Let me know if I'm wrong though. Here's the link for troubleshooting on an Android. Let me know if this works or not!

Actually the troubleshooting most likely won't help with this issue. So no need to reinstall the game app for example.

But not to worry our technical team is looking into this and by keeping your game up to date you'll receive all fixes into your game. Thanks for reporting and for your patience 🙏

Honestly I did not even realize it was an Android, but it's a tablet and it's a Kitkat. Thanks for all your help. The uninstall did not help, tho.
