Tumbleweeds said: I've made it through about 2,500 levels of Candy Crush and everything was going great until about two weeks ago. Suddenly, my friends disappeared but I still had my levels and gold bars. My laptop showed that I had fewer games on it than my phone, so it looks like it stopped syncing two weeks ago. I logged out, logged in, tried a few things before finally deleting it from my iPhone (I still have it on my laptop through the Facebook app and that seems to be fine). Now, when I've attempted to reinstall it, I have no friends, no levels and no gold bars! So...I made sure that my device was up to date, cleared the memory cache from Safari, deleted Chrome, deleted Facebook, deleted Messenger and deleted CC. Then I logged into Facebook using Safari, and got the CC app back on my phone. When I tried to log back in to Candy Crush, I got the notice that I had previously used this device to log in to Facebook - proceed or cancel? If I cancel, I can't log in and if I do log in, it brings me back to Level 1, no friends, no gold bars. So it's just not communicating with Facebook. I'm guessing, at this point, that Candy Crush is remembering my previous log in and I need to somehow clear that so I can start fresh - but how do I do that? Just uninstalling it does not seem to work. Is there a "clear cache" for Candy Crush? Thanks and I hope that there's a solution to this!
