I am still not able to send or receive lives. Does anyone know if/when/how to fix this?

- I am playing stand-alone on Windows 7. I do not log in via facebook.

-Heart screen shows a bunch of people to help, but when I click to help them, the screen just stays there and doesn't help anyone.

- I can't send or receive extra moves.

For the past 3 days I have not received life requests nor have my requests for lives been answered. I login via Facebook and play on the app.

I can't receive or send lives for about a week now.
