According to another post of Receiving and Sending lives problem, t seems that the game developers had been working on this for months and it hasn't been resolved just yet because is most likely a connection problem in between the connected platforms such as Facebook to send lives to other players, still they'd promised to let us know if anything changes or if anything can be done to fix it on our own. (I'm assuming as they had only said they're working on it).
Regarding the problem that your game isn't loading, have you tried to contact King Support? If you do or you're planning to, make sure to take a step ahead of the situation and provide them screenshots or screen recordings of the error you're experiencing, this will make the process faster, although explanations are useful without proof they'll kick you back several times.

I'm having the exact same problem that maxe0815 is having, only I am having it between levels 455 and 456. It has been this way for weeks. I was hoping for a fix somewhere in the forums, but since there apparently isn't one then I guess I'm done with with this game. Very sad.
