How to fix malfunctioning bonus wheel
Hello, I wanted to report a malfunctioning bonus wheel. It just keeps spinning and the stop button is not available for a little more than a month now. I'm playing on my Samsung J7 Neo and my app is up to date. How do I solve this? Thnxz in advance for helping out!

The problem is because Slow Internet or your game is not fully connected to the server. Follow the step below.
Log out game > Restart your device > Open game & Log in again > Wait until game fully connected.

Thnxz for the very quick answer. I followed the steps and even agreed to the new terms and privacy policy (which wouldn't have happened if I didn't sign out I guess🤦♀️), but still the problem persists.
