Lost all my progress😱

For a few months I used to get ‘can’t connect to internet ‘ even when I had internet connection. I followed advice on discussion group to delete the game and re-upload it but now I have lost all my progress. I was around 2783 or 2800 and am at level 1. I used to no 6 on the progress chart until last week. This is extremely upsetting. Tried logging off and on but to no avail. Have written to kingdom for help and received an automated response. Please help!!

I was synced through my kingdom account or so I thought but I’m guessing that something went wrong after I started getting ‘not connected to the internet’ since I stopped seeing my avatar and used to get a ghost figure in the box

Perhaps your game app was corrupted so you have this problem. But tell me the game was synced to Facebook or the Kingdom before the game app was corrupted?
