Why did I lose all of my levels? I am back to level 1

Hello .... I am new to this community.. Have been playing candy crush for almost four years now and for some reason my levels were lost and I am back to level one.  I was somewhere in the 1300s....don’t remember exactly. The only thing I did different yesterday morning was add my email to my account.. don’t no why I never did it before but ended up doing it yesterday. I don’t have a Facebook so I don’t use that..Does anyone no how I can get it back?  Thanks for reading this

    i still can’t get my levels back. Still back on level 1. Not good with computers and don’t understand how to do it. Can u help me any further?

    Have you previously synced the game with a Facebook or Kingdom?
    What platform you are using for this game?
    If I get the right information from you, it will be easy for me to help you.

    Hello ... I don't have a Facebook so I don't link it to that. The only thing I did different on that morning that things changed was put my email into King and put me back to level one.  That doesn't make sense though. Can u track my old progress through my email? I will anxiously await your reply. Thank I so much
