Facebook won’t connect with candy crush, I downloaded to play again and it says my facebook cant

Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

If you have an iPhone X just like Jorge, just follow my response to him. Regarding the "re-directs", make sure that the Safari Browsers you open each time you browse get closed after you are done, otherwise they will pile-up and your phone will slow down and freeze.

Hi there, Jorge! Welcome to the Community!

Yes, you are right, you can't download the App off Google Play because that is an Android Version. You'll have to go to the iPhone Apps Store and download the iPhone Candy Crush Saga Version. After the Installation, Log-In with your Facebook Account and you are all set.

Mine is doing the same thing. I’ve cleared all caches, cookies, etc. Even deleted the app and reinstalled it (losing all my progress) and it still won’t connect. I keep getting the same issue regarding “redirects”.

@jorge190642 As I have already told you, this is probably on Facebook's side which means I can't tell you how much time they need for it to fix it. You can synchronize your progress between Facebook and King and that way your progress will be saved on both accounts. Follow the instructions on the link below and you will see how to do it.

Please note that this has to be done on PC or if your browser supports desktop mode you can turn it on.

How long will I have to wait , and no I don’t want to use a king account as I have already completed lots of levels on Facebook; how long will this take , I was told a couple of hours before and it’s been more than that

Hi @jorge190642 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 It seems like it's a Facebook glitch. I understand that you want it fixed but if it's on Facebook's side, King has to wait for them to fix it. Is your connection working with other apps? Also, if it doesn't want to connect with Facebook, you can always connect your game account to King which is, in my opinion, more reliable.
