Hi, my name is Tiffi and I have been in the Candy Kingdom all my life, so I have learned a lot about the Kingdom and especially about Candy Crush Saga. So if you want to know more about the game, its history or other fun facts or about me or any of my friends, please feel free to ask me here and I will try and answer your questions. I have a lot of grown-up friends too (like the Community Managers and the Kingsters) so I can always ask them for help if I need to.

i just opened the level on my phone and this is what my level looks like. You have to clear 67 Jelly and 1 cherry. Mine also shows the double mode but according to my picture here they just combined doing an ingredient game mode and clearing all the Jelly game mode. Combining them together happens quite often.

Hi, I understand those two, the one I don't understand it's called Mixed Mode level a mix between two or more game modes, it has a cherry, a title, and the nut, I attached a photo of the button

I know what that is! That's the Sugar Drop Challenge. Whenever you see the letter "C" on a level that means it's a sugar drop level. When you open the level you are going to see the bottle to collect the sugar drops. It will located in the box on the top left showing your level number and what you have to do (e.g. collect ingredients, clear jelly, etc). Whenever you see the "C" on the board (second print screen) you are going to try to make a match with it and the numbers will start building up in the bottle. Whenever you reach a certain number (see third print screen) that will show up and you will be given free boosters. The studio is running tests on this at the moment so some players are getting a booster for like 15 minutes for free and others are getting like a free hand booster. When you reach the limit it will disappear for 8 hours and then start again. I hope that this sounds clear enough for you. If not, please write back and I'll explain further.

Hi @rachel45, could you possibly do a print screen by following the steps from here. I'm not sure where you are seeing this button so with a print screen it should be much clearer to understand.

But whenever he eats too much of it, he falls asleep! He is my father’s best friend and they used to be neighbors but he has now moved away so they don’t see each other that often anymore.

Are you not playing the game app from the Microsoft store? Stay away from King.com because there are too many glitches. Go to the Microsoft store on your laptop and install the game and then log into the game with your King account. You are missing out on events that you can’t play on King.com.

HI Elsa, yes I do, that's what I use. I love this game, my husband and I are always competing and of course he winning, lol

@rachel45 do you have Windows 10 on your laptop because you can play the game on their too.

Hi @nirav the only way that you can get boosters is to play the events and challenges. In the community if you enter their contests you might have a chance of winning some.

Hi @Rachel where are you playing the game? If it’s on King.com there are some glitches and the studio is trying to fix them. If you are playing on a mobile device you can lose your lives any time there is an update. Unfortunately King can not reimburse you for lost lives.

I want moer booster free

Hello, First let me tell you I enjoy playing this game, but, it's happened several times where I lose all my lives, yesterday 9/19/19 I had over 300 lives and now they are gone, how do I get them back. I've also sent this message on Facebook, and no one answered me, can you please help me, don't know who else to ask, thank you Rachel

Hi @Stormyweather, Tiffi picked some day to leave early but I am more than happy to help you. Once you purchase it the clock starts ticking until the time runs out. You can’t put it on hold until you want to use it.

I have nearly 100 gold bars and i want to purchase 6 hours of life. My question is; how are the 6 hours timed?

Hi @HuzaifaFarooq, Tiffi is off somewhere having fun so I am answering for her. I assume that you are referring to the Sugar Drop challenge. Most of those boosters are now timed so if your game freezes for that long then by the time you open the game the boosters are gone. I think those timed boosters are only for 10 minutes. So you would have received them but they had ended by the time you were able to get back into the game.

why have I lost all my inventory totals on Candy Crush Saga?
