The bag is for the end of episode rewards. This means you won't get the bonus Gold Bars immediately but after your episode is finished.

@LaurelM But when it says you'll get 40 bonus Gold Bars, does the pink bag appear?

the problem isn't at the end of the episode, it is when I buy gold bars, and it says I'll get 40 bonus bars but I never do. End of the episode thing works ok

Trying to find my game ID is futile. I went to the pink button and there is no Facebook logout button on the menu.

To make sure - like the name suggests, this reward is given at the end of the episode. Are you not getting the reward once you have finished the next episode?

Why did the piggy bank disappear?

They wanted me to take a screen shot of the problem. That is impossible to do since I purchased 10 tokens and it says I earn 1,2.3, or however many extra tokens. The extra tokens never appear so all my screen shot would be is of my total tokens. Doesn't show the problem.
