Lost my avatar and rank

is it possible to get my old avatar and rank back? I am still at the same level, something over 2000, but as I wrote, lost the avatar and fel down on a very low rank, 7 I think. How is that possible and how can I change it? I dont log in when I play.

According to your screenshot we would say this is not a screenshot of a proper game and This is the reason I wanted to see the previous levels. The Rank of a proper game can never be reduced or increased.
By the way, can you show me the Gold Crown at any level between 1 to 2000 level?

I dont understundom What you wrote about not beeing ”a proper” game. How can i not be that? What is it if its not a proper game? Have I been on some faked candy crush game?
