Losing sound every time I leave the app.

I’ve already posted about this problem, but as yet have received no feedback.
I am playing on an iPhone XR. Every time I finish a game, I leave the app to check out tips to pass the next level on You Tube. When I resume play in Candy Crush, I have no sound.
This happens EVERY time and is really frustrating.
I can turn my phone on and off to rectify the problem, but shouldn’t have to do so.
Is there anyone who can help me?
I don’t want to delete and download from the App Store as I would lose all my hard earned boosters.
