Levels lost

I use to play all the time and was at a high level, now I reinstalled the app and it's back at level one. I have reinstalled the app twice.

How did you log into the game the previous time you played? Was it via facebook or do you have a King account? Try logging back into your account before entering the game and wait until it syncs your progress. I hope that helps!

I always played with my Facebook account So it can save.

Something is definitely going on. Earlier I was on level 13 now I open the game and it's on level 36.

Your game app may have been corrupted so you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.To do this you will lose all stored boosters. Let me know.
