Life requests stay in mailbox/ Lives do not get sent or received

I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.

This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!

Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

Check here if you need help with updating the app.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

Hi guys!

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.

Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.

This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.

I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Still does not work for me. There are no names to send lives to, but there are in my leaderboards.

Hello! I can't send lives from the game app. I can only ask my friends, but I have no option to send them. It's through IOS. Thank you.

Of course, if you unfriend or block him, he won't see you in his game. But he will probably see you for at least 24 hours. After 24 hours he will not be able to send you any request.

Question: Where do you play on King.com or Facebook and on which device. Because you can add friends via PC, whether Facebook or KC. Groups of players are randomly sent to you in the game. You can add friends and offer yourself as a friend. You then have to go to accept an inquiry. If you have friends, you can enter the friend's email address and, if he agrees, you are friends and can send life back and forth. It doesn't work on a mobile device. I hope this helps you further!!

I found out how to do it. All my Facebook friends were at Lowell lower levels than I. If I scroll down to like level one then I can send all my friends lives.

Good Morning and thank you! I am playing Candy Crush level 3206. Lately I have received several requests from friends for me to send lives to them. I check the boxes, accept and next thing I know the same requests are there and have not gone through. This has been going on for more than a week. Don't know what has happened. Thanks for any help;

I have not heard anything about not receiving Lives in Candy Crush game! And I have not experienced it too!!

My friends srns me.messagesnand ask me to send lives. After I accept all the requests and exit the game, I go back in the game.and the old requests are still there, like I never sent them lives. How do I het rid of that??? Thank you!

Lives are available through the exchange.The request that you are thinking of old is not old at all, meaning that your specific friend repeatedly requested to you for lives. There was a problem with live exchange for a few days so there was a lot of live request pending. This is not a problem, after exchanging lives a few times, everything will become normal.😃
