How come my guy can watch a short video for lives or boosters, and I have never seen it on my app?

I was able to watch videos for boosters and extra lives all day yesterday. Now I can’t and have run out of lives along with using my stockpile of boosters. What happened?1

Now that I think about it, the videos and boaters were no longer available once the iOS update was completed last night.0

We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.The videos are in testing because they were freezing the game. Players are randomly chosen to test and then the studio monitors to see if it works. If you do not see it in your game then you might not be a tester.

Hi and welcome to the community.
Video ads for boosters is a bonus test feature. It is not permanent part of the game and not available to everyone and all the time. In fact all the bonus events may appear, disappear or simply be replaced time to time.
However it may also be unavailable due to some temporary issue so please log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If it doesnt appear it means currently it is not available in your game. But hopefully it can.

Merry one-year anniversary for this thread; & to the one that dug it up, good shovel there....
For the players who previously had the adverts (but do not at the moment), they're basically at the mercy of those tasked with maintaining the game on whether or not they get this feature restored to them...
