    I made a purchase for 1.99 and did get s credit. This is not the first time that this has happened. In one instance, I lost points and did get any extra moves. I want to say this is maybe the 3rd or 4th time that I have made a purchase and not received my points. I am hoping 6there is something that you can do to either credit my account or return my funds. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.ย

    Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Purchased items not received). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.
