I am having the same issue. I've already talked to customer care we were emailing for like three days back and forth they ask for screenshots I sent them then they stopped answering and replying we haven't heard from you in a while so we can cancel this conversation! This has been going on for a month now. How does it go from a seven a conversation through email to them all the sudden. Receiving my email so when it's the same conversation! I fill the form out emailed everything that we can you guys just screwing around. And looking around on this site I've seen it happening to a lot of. Is that King games MO to just take people's money and run with it
