My facebook got hacked and I cannot retrieve my account back.

My facebook got hacked and I cannot retrieve my account back. I am planning to create a new facebook account, is there any way I can sync my data to the new facebook account? My candy crush app still has the level. Pls help, been playing for a long time and won't want all the hard work to go to waste.

Honestly its so sad how Facebook support never takes us serious by replying mails, i know it was God who sent this Russian who helped me my way otherwise i would have lost my mind. it was my business page smh , it took him 48 hours i think to hijack back my account from that foolish hacker and yes it's wrong for exposing his out reach but here it is * yourself explaining to him your situation

I am so sorry that this has happened to you. Unfortunately, Facebook's Database was breached again on December 12. I posted a Cyber Security Alert on my Facebook Page yesterday to make sure that my friends accounts are safe.

Your situation is very complicated. I think you are one of the 267 Million Facebook Users whose names, phone numbers and Facebook IDs were exposed on a hacker forum.

E-mail addresses and passwords can be changed thru your provider by letting them know that your account was hacked.

As regard to your hacked Facebook account, you will have to work with Facebook Support and get their advice on what to do next.

The only way that the Community Manager, @Pounawea can help you with your progress transfer is if you have your Candy Crush Saga User ID. Without it, you will have to start from scratch.

I am so sorry but I can't help you with this because I don't work for King Games.

I have Norton Security installed in every computer in the house. I get alerted when a breach like this happens and I share them with Facebook Friends since hacking has been happening there for years. Do you mind if I ask when your account was hacked? Did you report this to Facebook at all? Even if your account was hacked you should be able to log-in. I have some Facebook Friends whose accounts were hacked and now they are back and in full control of their accounts. Can you please tell me what happens when you try to log-in?

If you have your User ID from your Old Facebook Account Candy Crush Saga App, the CM might be able to help you sync your game to the new Facebook Account.

Hello @yueling and welcome to our wonderful community. I am very sorry that this happened to you. To be safe - please take a screenshot of your current level in your Candy Crush app, so you have proof of where you actually are. If you need help with a print screen, please follow the steps from here.

I would suggest creating a king.com account to play your game (if you haven't already got one) and sync your new Facebook account (once you have it) with the king.com account and that should allow the new FB account to realize what your actual level is.
