Level dropped from 5825 to 1500. How do I get my progress back?

or I’m so pissed! I’d reached level 5825 in candy crush saga. Then the game states that highest and new levels would be added. At first the game would not allow me to get back in and states to come back in a few days when new levels would be added. Then the game kept crashing g befor it even coming up. That went on for days. When I was able to log back on my process down 1500! And now cannot get back. Customer care keeps sending me an auto reply direction come here perhaps groups can advise me. How progress boosters back? I keep emailing King and keep receiving the same response to check with the community. They will not help me. I have attached pictures my initials are GC

Thank you for replying. I Certainly hope support can restore me to level 5825. I am heartbroken to be kicked down to level 1500+ plus I lost all of my boosters.
