Why am I not receiving lives when requested?

I am logged in thru King when playing. I request lives and check the all players box, but never receive any lives. I never receive requests from other players for lives either.

Having same problem as people above. Very frustrating, used to get lives when I requested but now they are seldom. I get requests and send.

I’ve always had my friends list when I needed lives or received requests from them. Now I have a blank box where their names were listed or made up names. Occasionally I’ll receive one life.

I am the same way. Do not use Facebook. I always check the all button for friends when I send the request. And I have never been asked to send lives. Very frustrating. My piggy bank also disappeared several weeks ago, and they have no answer for that either.

@Linduh_58 im having the same issue...there was someone who was supposed to be looking into it for me, but that person just stopped responding all of a sudden. It’s not as simple as just no one sending or asking for lives though....I have finally started to receive one every once in a while, but it is kind of random. I’ve NEVER received requests to give lives. What’s bad is that you can’t pick who are your “friends” when you log in thru king. But I REFUSE to use my FB log in.

You get lives by the game and your friends. Have you tried asking them for lives?

The reason why you dont get lives when requested is because they havent sent the lives to you.

I know this because I have requested lives and no one sent them to me.

The reason you dont get request from you is because they dont always send them out they may ask others or they dont need help. Did this answer your question?
