I made a purchase for 1.99 and did get s credit. This is not the first time that this has happened. In one instance, I lost points and did get any extra moves. I want to say this is maybe the 3rd or 4th time that I have made a purchase and not received my points. I am hoping 6there is something that you can do to either credit my account or return my funds. Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with purchases) and subtopic (Purchased items not received).
