I have logged out and back in, and still not working. Everything else is working in game and collecting special items. Just the chocolate box does not connect. Please help.
I would suggest updating your app and clearing the cache and then
waiting a bit. It is best if you go to another game and come back
later.
Some things then fix themselves. According to my experience.
This has been happening for weeks , I just thought it would clear itself. But it didn’t, so unless you have anymore suggestions I guess it will stay broken and I will have to delete it , because as far as I know if you update it you lose all your stuff and levels
