Levels not Syncing

Level 2

Hi,

I have signed in using Email on my iPad as well as my Galaxy S10, but the levels do not sync. I am on level 2256 on my iPad but it is only showing level 6 on phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone but still no different.

Please help as I do not want to loose my levels.

    Hello Sukanta,

    Yes both avatars are the same, see attached head image. FYI if I update my personal details I.e. name this update automatically shows in both devices.

    I wanted a screenshots of the game map, you gave the wrong picture. To give you an idea I gave a screenshot above.👆

    If you were saving the game to Facebook then check out Troubleshooting below.

    When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. The app then loses access to your account, which may affect your progress and friends list.

    You can check which apps are activeexpired or have been removed from your account by clicking this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

    If the game is listed as ‘expired,’ it means your friends list and progress may not sync with the game.

     

    Click ‘Renew Access’ to reactivate the app’s permissions.

  • Hi @Caz46 !

    I can see that there is a connection issue in the game since the Gold Bars do not load up properly.

    Try with deleting and reinstalling the game on your Android device and connect again to your Facebook and see if it connects properly so the Gold Bars and levels load up.
