Perhaps you should put a screenshot here that shows your issue. It is difficult to understand what is happening in your game just by your words.

I have same issue and it is recent one week ago, since beginning of February: there is a spinning wheel when I need to get one help and shows spinning wheel as I must show in next screenshot.
It asks also to be connected to app store that it is done but I am already connected

Can't connect on original device since saving game. Can't connect to "contact us" for someone else to help either. My internet connection is fine for everything except candy crush related things. Please help.0

Apparently this is just a place to type stuff because nobody has an answer to an ongoing issue. Guess 4100 plus levels for nothing. I will never play another king game again if this is what happens.0
