I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I'm facing the same problem, still have a message in "Your messages" when I restart the Candy Crush
I am getting the same requests again and again?
Even if I approve life request, whenever I open candycrush app I am getting same requests again and again. Even if I try opening app after every 5-10 min, I am getting samr requests again.

Unfortunately, it's a known issue since I had it yesterday too. I had already passed it on. Just don't know if something will be done. Please be patient.

You can stop getting the Notifications, but you can't stop the request for live's.You're getting more live requests from a specific friend, and if you want to stop it, then you have to unfriend him from your Facebook friends list.😉

I always will be on a roll. Killing every level without dying. Do this for about 13 or more levels then I get stuck. And it eats all my life's and boosters 😭
Then I purchase some more not realizing I can't play because I have no lives lol🤦

As our games are played by millions of people around all around the world, this means sometimes there can be a delay in messages being delivered, due to sheer volume. This is something The King constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.

I have eight lives requested from one friend in particular, and even though I send the lives, the very same requests show up the next time I log on. It's been this way for over a week.
I'm glad to hear that it's not just me. So, does anyone from the technical end read these so it can be fixed? It's getting annoying...

There is a problem with your software... there is a glitch with the gifting .. seems like the request is working but not the actual gifting.. isn't anyone monitoring this forum or is this forum just for show? I see multiple comments on this thread and another thread that is letting King know of the problem... what is the fix for it?
