Hi @game15 The first thing to check is that your game is the latest version and that it is online. Sometimes it will lose the connection to the server and need waking up, even if all your other internet connected apps are working. Try switching to a different wifi or mobile data if this is the case. The daily calendar prizes are released from the server at 10pm GMT server time (which may be a different time for you - depending on your timezone)

I moved your posts to this thread in the same topic.
The Treat Calendar can at times get reset and take a break in the game since it's not an infinite feature like the Booster Wheel for example.
Continue playing and keep the app up to date and it should reappear after some while.

It has nothing to do with the Treat Calendar. That is working just fine.
It was called a Daily Prize and it came every day for the past 6 days in a gift that looked like a Hat Box. If it appears this afternoon, I'll definitely screenshot it and share with the Community,
