How it works is ---> First all these posts are merged together and then sent a report to the Candy Crush Studio ---> If they have an immediate fix they inform to the In-charge team and they will inform it in the thread itself.
So, what I would suggest you is to "Book Mark" this thread. You can see 3 icons in the top right corner above to your question, right? Click on the right most icon and it will turn Green. You will get notifications whenever somebody posts here.

I have no option for extra moves - either on my tablet or my iphone. I've installed the latest updates and no change......what's up with that>
Having the same issue. Logged in through kingdom on a galaxy 7. Have the most recent version.
Having the same issue with buying extra moves doesn't give me the extra move wheel it was there yesterday kinda stupid. Using Samsung Galaxy s8 plus sign in with Facebook

Same issue here,iPhone 8,app is up to date,haven’t changed any settings...it just stopped working...fed up with this game and company
Spend more money....when you give them money problems that never existed can magically go away....
I’m having the same issue. I’m on level 4704 & no options for extra moves, just an immediate pop-up that says “Level Failed”. ☹️
