    I’m having the same issue. iPhone XR, logged in with Kingdom, version 1.170.0.2, level 5886. Someone above suggested it was a network error but that isn’t it - with no connection, the purple bar will pop up to say “No connection” and a “give up” button once the level is failed. This glitch skips the purple bar part entirely, there is no “give up” button that ever appears, it just says “out of moves” and then immediately skips to the Retry screen (same as screenshots above).

    I agree with shoe814 as of today I cannot win extra moves nor pay 10 gold to continue on. I’m on level 5600 something and I need all the help I can get. Especially if one buys boosters often....why would that be taken away? It is definitely needed to come back!

    I have the same issue and also iPhone XR. All of my phone software is up to date and running the latest version of candy crush.

    Same issue here. I'm stuck on level 5318 at the moment and several times I have needed a couple of moves to complete it. I have gold in the bank and don't get the play on option. I have tried on the mobile app and through my laptop, neither works. It's very frustrating, please fix asap!

    This is now fixed!

    The Wheel and Extra Moves option did go missing suddenly, but are back now.

    Just restart the game and it should be working as it should.

    This is fixed? Not for me. UPDATE. I was wrong - closed the app and reopened and now it’s working.
