I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Hello @wswilson0807 and welcome to our friendly King Community. There has been an ongoing issue about sending and receiving lives and the studio is aware of it and is working on a solution. You can read more about it here.
You also might try having you Mom send a life request after you have accepted the one life you received and see if you get it. Sometimes the game won't let you accept more than one life from someone until you accept the first life that they sent you.
I requested lives and only received requests for lives. My mom was standing next to me and I watched her send 11 lives to me and I only received 1 lives and 10 requests for me to send lives. Why am I not receiving lives

When I go in to my candy crush I have lives to send in the mailbox I have tried accept all and marking them individually. They show that they sent and mailbox is empty, but, the next time I go in to play they are back? If lives are sent to me and I accept they do come through. This has been going on for a couple/few weeks. I am up to 36 lives to send now.how can I fix this?

There are some issues with Lives right now, and the solution is in the works.You don't have to do any troubleshooting checks, and wait a bit. You can follow this post.
Hi @richandfamous2626 I feel your pain. I take it you are not playing through Facebook as friends seem to be far more generous when they actually know you! Out of the 80 friends I had when I started last October I only regularly receive lives from 1 player, occasionally from 1 other and rarely from 2 others. I would recommend repeatedly sending as many as you can to all and you may find a good one like my Charu who returns them. It would be great if you could choose friends from a pool but not sure how that would work if nobody wanted to be my friend. They do seem to add new friends occasionally as people leave as I still have 81 "friends"-
I can't send lives from my current level as I'm all alone up here!
Yet when I send from level 1 there are only 75 (I think they may be only the original ones.)

Yeah, they’re only annoying on the game. I do not want to remove them from my Facebook friends list.
In my opinion to stop receiving request for live from certain player is to remove him/her from your friends list. A bad idea but you will never have his request anymore.
Does this mean that we will soon be able to deny/block other people’s requests to send them lives?

Some of the Lives issues are now in the game, and work is under way to fix them. That's why I don't ask you to do any troubleshooting checks. We will notify you when the work is complete.
If you see a similar problem after Game Studio solves their task, let me know.
I'm playing Candy Crush Saga in my laptop and when i accept request they will exit, but will return when i log in.

I have 36 requests for lives. Multiple by one or two friends. I don't get lives from them. What the heck is happening?
Can you add a feature to deny requests for lives? I accepted a friend’s request for a life and now have near 100 notifications and over 70 are from that friend.
If I give those lives, they’re just going to ask for more. I don’t want my notifications to be filled by one person.

Hello @lorerocha15 and welcome to our friendly King Community. There have been problems with sending and receiving lives in several of the King games and the studio is aware of it and working on creating a solution. I know it is frustrating, but please be patient. You can read more about it here.
They say they are sent but when I log back on they are still there.

Hello all. I cannot win extra bonus at end of a game it just spins. I can receive lives from friends but not send them. This just suddenly stopped about a week ago. I have cleared cache, u installed and lost all my lives and bonus items. Still not working. Please help. X

There were some issues related to Lives but they have been resolved today.
Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If you still have the same problem after doing this, tell me a little more details about the problem.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
