For the past week there are connection issues when trying to buy boosters..When will it be fixed?

Every time I try to use extra moves or buy boosters I am just getting a spinning wheel.

I have not been able to connect with the store to buy boosters or a new piggy bank for the past 3 weeks I have uninstalled and reinstalled several tim wss s .and still nothing . Can I get some help fixing g this problem
