Life requests stay in mailbox/ Lives do not get sent or received

I noticed that for the last month my friends are asking for too many lives
i play CC 3-4 times a day and I am giving at least 25-30 lives every time . Too much wasted time!
this is so annoying and they don’t seem to use the lives that they have collected?
i ask once a day...one time!
CC used to have a restriction on asking for lives before.

I am frustrated every time to go to CC to play!
Any advice?

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

This is a known issue.
Our technicians have now isolated the cause of the fault and are creating a fix which will be available in a game update, version number (1.171), coming soon.
Please make sure that you have your device set to automatically update apps, so it can be downloaded as soon as it becomes available.
