Life requests stay in mailbox/ Lives do not get sent or received

I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.

This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!

Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

Check here if you need help with updating the app.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

Hi guys!

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.

Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.

This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.

I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

This is a known issue that's being addressed by the Support Team. They're preparing to release the fix for it. When it's ready an update will be issued. It's advised that you have your device set to update automatically. There may be an announcement as well. Lots of players have been writing to ask about the issue.
Try to be patient, it will be fixed soon!
You can read more about it by clicking the link in the red box at the top of this page. The one that says "Read Before Posting". It has a list all of the known issues.

It has been months!!! I cannot send/receive lives!

could you Please stop allowing friends to ask for a life? We are unable to send them and they just keep stacking up in our mailbox. We send them and the come right back!! Fix the issue or make the option unavailable PLEASE

You could not sync with the last four levels to the server, meaning that you uninstalled the game app before syncing so your levels were not saved to the server. Anyway 4 levels are not synced so I would urge you to play the levels again.🙃
Sync the game progress to server after passing each level, so you will not have to face such problems in the future.

I am also unable to send lives despite the over 59 pending requests for lives.

I am playing on an Apple iPhone and I am logged on through Facebook.

I have tried logging out of cc and shitting down phone and powering back on to log in again.

I am still unable to send lives. Please help

Unfortunately, I am stlll unable to send lives /respond to requests for lives.

It appears to send and then the request still remains afterwards. I have logged off cc / powder off my iPhone and logged back on only to encounter the same problem
