    Same @Tuteekwa. I have tried all the suggestions multiple times. It's an account issue on the King servers.

    Ok...just to clarify my issue with Candy Crush....I am able to play the game...once I have run out of moves, and the "continue" screen comes up where you can win moves or use gold bars to continue playing....it is just a spinning wheel. If I choose to try to "win moves", it is just a spinning wheel. When I play the game (before I run out of moves) if I want to buy a candy hammer or anything else to help me pass the very hard level I am on... even when I have gold bars, it is a spinning wheel and I am unable to buy any boosters. Actually, the only thing I can do is play until my lives run out. I know my internet is fine as I have a high speed internet and stream movies on the TV, and there is no problem with that at all.

    Such an issue has been in the game for some days but it was recently solved and You'll get rid of the problem if you update the game app. I'm asking you to check the steps below.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    Hi, i am unable to connect to the store to use the gold bars.. which is making me lose lifes n levels.
