I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I have installed and unistalled the game multiple times and still get over 10 messages to 30 messages multiple times a day that people need lives. Its annoying cause I barely get lives sent to me and all I ever get is people needing lives but it has to be a glitch cause my husband sends me requests 24/7 and he isn't on his phone. This all just started last week. Please help and fix

No @babzie you do not want to delete and reinstall the app. That will cause you to lose all your saved boosters and lives. What platform are you playing on?
Hello @janineallen - this actually has been identified as a problem - but the studio now has a solution.
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that just was released in Google Play on Android devices. The update is on the way to all other devices, so stay tuned!
So how do I update the app? Delete it then download again?

I’m playing on my iPhone.. I’m not sure what you mean about game history. I know this is happening to my friends as well.
How do I get the lives to go into , my account? When I accept them they get a check mark but never go into my account. What can I do ? Or what can you do to fix this problem?
Welcome to our community @janineallen! Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? Facebook or King? I am not aware of a glitch but that doesn't mean that a new one isn't starting. Do you clear the history on your game daily?
In my messages I have several (28 and rising) life requests that won’t go away. I don’t even think the lives are being sent to the people. Is there is glitch or what’s happening?

The notifications, in your mailbox will not be all lives either, meaning there will be some lives request from others. Anyway show me a screenshot of what kind of problem you are having.
I have many requests but not all of them I want to accept, as a gate.

Such an issue has been in the game for some days but it was recently solved and You'll get rid of the problem if you update the game app. I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

I’m having the same problem. I select the lives I’ve been given and only half are given to me but the rest are taken away. I’ve checked for updates, logged out and in several times and turned off my phone and logged back in and still does it. What’s going on?
Hi @hunnylake You can check by reinstalling the Game app But to do this you'll lose all stored boosters.😉
Lives Exchange is a part of the game, so you can't exclude that part from the game.
Hi. Ihave a lot of “ask for life” request that does not go away after i accept it. When leaving my game and return later it is back again. What can i do to get rid of them?

Hello @babzie - you can just go into the app store and search for Candy Crush Saga and when you see it click on it and it will tell you the latest version and if you don't have it - it will say update. If you do ave the latest version, then just keep your eyes open for when the app is updated with the fix for this problem - it should be very soon.
