Why am I NOT playing with my friends on Facebook??

Have you changed the people you play with? I don’t know anyone I play with....

    Your game is probably not fully connected to the server, so you are experiencing these issues.

    Right now, I'm asking you to check the steps below.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    This process can solve your problem.

    However, when logging out or logging into the game, if you get an error message, show me a screenshot.

    I have the same problem, playing for years with an IPAD, I hace checked last version form game and facebook.restart Ipad and game, ando no friends fron Facebook at all, just players I dont know. Thanks

    I have same problem but I don’t understand your instructions...

    how and where to I check the app update

    logging out of game is just Xing it and closing candy crush?

    and I know how to open the game but I’ve never had to log into it?

    please help me with these questions because I haven’t had my Facebook friends since January.

    Close your game and then reopen it. Before pushing play click on "my profile" and scroll down to log out. Then close and open your game again and you will be prompted to log in with your Facebook account. I hope this helps.

    Make sure you vote to bring back sugar drops.
