Level 1
Hi - I got a phone upgrade last week, and didn’t lose any levels, but I lost my username, my emoji, and my boosters. I am ok with losing my boosters, because I know those stay on the previous phone’s hard-drive, and I didn’t have many to begin with, but why did I lose my ranking and usename/emoji? I can’t remember if I ever had a king account created or not, but I am almost positive I didn’t sign in through facebook when I created my unique username months ago. I just created a new account a few moments ago with the username I had previously had (magicmilemuse), and it didn’t tell me that the name was already taken, so I suspect that I hadn’t created a King account before? At any rate, I do have one of those user IDs, and can provide it to you if that helps.

Or Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
