Please email Player Support so they can check up what happened and refund the Gold Bars.
On mobile, go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
If you only play on a mobile device, then click on the Contact Us in the bottom of this page.
