Need help. Lost levels on second device

Hello. I’m losing levels on a second device. Not sure why. They’re both iPhones. I’ve logged off and on again. Restarted phones. Everything. Not sure what im

missing. Please help : )

U mean u back to lvl 1? Or just losing some lvls? If losing some lvls, likely u play offline on the 1st device...

so did u lose lvls when back to 1st device?

i am on level 5957 on my old phone. And on my new phone I’m only on level 5646. It’s like it’s not connecting. I have all my progress saved on my fb. I still get lives and other things. But for some reason it doesn’t transfer over. Any ideas? I’ve tried everything. I don’t know how to check if I’m offline on the first phone. I doubt it because I have logged off and back on.

From your old device, try connecting the game to the server. Show me a screenshot if you get an error message when you are trying to connect the game to Facebook.
