sugar drops stuck

any body else stuck collecting sugar drops? I hit something like 84/60 on the last stretch of collecting and it is stuck there, won't give the boosters or reset to collect again. It stuck last night and played like 10 levels and didn't move on so shut it down and tried about 10 levels again this am and nothing.

this is not the case, it won't give me sugar drops on any levels so it does not continue to go up, it just shows stuck at (it is hard to read but think it is 87 at first thought it was 84) and never completes, never resets, never gives me more drops to collect.
