I m using the app on an iPad and am presently on level 4586 I have been synchronising with FB for ages and went to install the app on my phone when I married it up with Facebook again it said I’m on level 11. Obviously I’ve been playing this game for about three years now and do not wish to lose the level I am on if anything was to happen on this device I would be devastated LOL.

also the bonus drops and dragons features stopped working, it’s been stuck on 66/60 for weeks
so I have not been able to collect any additional rewards for weeks now
Thank you I tried that and it jumped from 11 to 21 - you can see I have already completed 32 levels this week. Not sure why it’s stopped at 21 now. As mentioned all the bonuses have stopped as well so I haven’t had any rewards for a good weeks worth of play now.
any more suggestions greatly appreciated to get it synchronised to the same level.

Hello guys, welcome to our community. To synchronize your Facebook and King accounts, you need to be on a computer because you need to access king.com. The following steps are here.
Now I am even more confused lol there was nothing in German my end, what I was saying is the recommendation was from 2018 and those instructions now no longer apply to how the system looks now in 2020 so I cannot do this. Is there a more up to date link please?

To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

If you play on an app please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it. Good luck
