I cannot seem to get passed a road block. I keep sending lives and I receive lives but never any to unblock the roadblock. This is only inCandy Crush.
Any ideas!! Thank you

I have been playing candy crush for as long as I can remember prob about 10 yrs... I was up to level 3300 roughly & my phone caught a virus, everything was saved thru facebook, unfortunately I had to create a new facebook & e-mail account soo I could not get back into my game & had to start back at level 1! I am close to 1800 now but when the game first came out ppl were given a list of friends that played that you could ask for lives from or send lives to! Idk why it changed now I'm never sent lives from ANYONE & the only life requests that I receive are coming in from cartoon characters.... why is this??
Hi D-bo, first let me say Boooo! That's terrible! I'm sorry that happened to you after so many years of playing. There are ways you can get your game restored and for that info I'm referring you to our guru @Sukanta_Biswas. If you can't get or don't want it restored, he'll be able to give you the other answers you seek.
I hope you find your lost friends! I use Facebook to store my progress and have my friends from that to send lives. If I'm logged in with my King acct they're replaced with strangers.

I'm not receiving any lives or any requests. I just have a circle over the envelope that spins but I don't get anything. There are other players that are having the same problem.I contacted King but just got a computer generated e-mail.
You should be able to reply to that email and ask for more help, from a person. A "reply-above-this- line" at the top of that response will get you to a person, hopefully. I don't give up trying. They need to know about this since it was just recently fixed after a huge problem. I've not experienced it so far.
