Hello,
My game stopped giving the jelly rewards (ones that you can get every 8 hours) two weeks ago. I have tried resetting the game a few times to no avail. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes agree with you. and I still remember every 8 hour to play Sugar Drop
But Some features have been removed from the game and some changes have been made to improve the game.So if something is missing in the game, stay tuned since it means that a new features will soon come up!

I knew it was to good to be true. When you claimed you were restoring the game to its previous state, I knew you would still hold something back. Before you began meddling, I was able to reset a board without losing a life and the best Sugar Drop levels refreshed every 24 hours. It's been over a week and levels 1476, 1168, 1137, 906, 666 and 281 are still spent. I get stuck on boards that rely heavily on luck and games that are too random and lucky are undesirable in the gaming community. You are not allowing either enough boosters or the means to mitigate that luck more often by the ways I mentioned above. And still after so many years, the wheel is a flat out joke. I've only won jackpot once. Really? Why waste my time spinning a wheel. Just give me the stupid item and be done with it. I like a challenge but it needs to be balanced...it isn't...

The Sugar Drop feature will not return to the game.
New levels are just getting easier and fun.
You do not have to be disappointed because something new will be coming soon😊

What does it matter how many levels you have when all means of earning free boosters have been taken away. Totally sucks

I think it would be nice if they would restore the sugar drop challenge especially during this time when so many of us are confined to our homes due to the current health situation in the world. It would help us to have an outlet to relieve some of the stress that we are feeling. Even if it is temporary it would a nice gesture for all of us who have supported Candy Crush for many, many years.

I find my fun now doing train surfer. They ask for no buying. Really they King must. Make money from the silly adds. My cousin in UK lost his game from Grandsons so started all over he still has Candy drops. Guess if you reach higher level you suffer
Count me as one of the players fed up with the so called “improvements”. I can’t get crap for boosters since they did away with sugar drops and the candy pet. I find myself playing less and less since they removed these features and may just uninstall and quit altogether.
Same with me thought I was getting forgetful I had 50 gold bars and heaps of speckles hammers and switches then one day only had 2 bars and none of the others just the ticks and licorice,was getting 60 levels a week now a week and cannot pass the level GRR! I am only playing rarely now.
