I have lost all my bonus. And Im stuck with 64 specials coins, but with no Prizes for the 60 coins.

Hello!

I had more than 1100 rolls, 340 color bowls, etc and I lost everything


In another hand ,im stuck with my coins, and dont get the prizes

    Same thing happened with me too when I re installed CCS

    All this are not saved in the game... it will be lost after reinstall

    Sorry @Crazy Cat Lad , but still have the same situation:


    • Everything lost (thousand of bonus)
    • Still no possible to get the prizes from the "coins" collected (still at 64/60)
    • Now they opend another stage 6591 (strange for a Friday)

    Conclusion: im lost with these mistakes...and start thinking deleting the App.... too much changes in the last weeks...too many problemas and actualization....

    Regarding Sugar Track being stuck at 64/60, please check the thread I posted above.

    More levels to play for the weekend! Why is that a problem?

    It is not possible To get more: no option to récollect more (éven in new eipisode)


    still lost all my bosters: 1200 coco ring, 400 multicolor bolls, 100 hands.....

    its à night mare .. and no solutions at all

    Regarding the Sugar Track, check here.

    Regarding lost Boosters, try the steps here and see if you can get them restored.

    If not and you had purchased Boosters in your game, then email Player Support to get them replaced. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
