he 24h Unlimited Lives are added to your game every afternoon this week and you need to play on a mobile device and be located in UK, Spain or Italy.
Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.
If they still doesn't get added, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center

I am in the UK but I am using an ideapad which to me is mobile but I have not been given the lives like my Husband who uses his phone. This is totally unfair that some people get it based on the device they use.

Hi @Gayle104 You should have got them on iPad as well since it went out on all mobile devices. So no need for drama here.
Did you make sure the app is updated? Restarted the app and device? Emailed Player Support if this didn't work?
