I don't know how to help you get the free lives. I can't get mine because I have no internet connection. I hope all of you get yours. Stay safe everybody!

Hello. I have had free lives the past couple of days but today I did not receive it. My phone and app is up-to-date. Is there anything else I can try. Thank you

Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Force close the app and restart the device and hopefully the Lives will get added correctly later today.
If they still doesn't get added, please email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center.

try restarting your device had to do the same with mine today as soon as restarted message popped up
