Payments made but lollipops not received.

Last night (11/21) I was trying to purchase lollipops, but kept hitting the "buy" button to no avail. I never got the lollipops or gold bars. I made 7 payments of $0.99 through my PayPal Facebook Account, invoice ID's: P997265733719137,P997265720385805, P996306793815029, P996306790481696, P996306787148363, P996306783815030, P996306743815034.

PayPal has deducted the charges. Can you please look into this and tell me what can be done about it?? I should have had 21 lollipops and ended up with 3.

    I made a payment of Rs. 159 on 5 april 2020 14:25 through google pay for a bundle in candy crush. Payment has been deducted and i did not get any bundles. Transaction id: CICAgKDhnIOGQg

    Kindly please issue me a bundle or refund my amount email id :_ singham204@gmail.com

    Sorry to hear that you have not received the items that were purchased!! This King Community does not deal with the Purchase issues as the query includes your personal details!

    Check this useful page where you can see how to request a refund depending on the device you play on. 

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email. When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days. 

    If you play on Facebook on a computer then send an email from here. Don't forget to add your Game User ID to the email so Player Support will find your game.
